Hello Everyone. Today I have brought some exciting news for kpop fans.
K-Pop Industry is currently in the 5th Generation era and RESCENE could become superstars, gaining more attention then ever.
RESCENE is a girl group that debuted in 2024 with their first album “RE:Scene”. What’s kind of odd is there are 5 members but only one of them is Japanese and other 4 members are Korean. Interesting.
surprisingly, I never heard about this group at all. not until I heard that song “Love Attack” was getting spotlight now in 2026, 2 years later.
this happening is translated as ‘reverse run’ in english
Guess what Im about to tell you,
the song “Love Attack” of RESCENE reached 1st top song on “Show! Music Core” WITHOUT performance itself. Also on “SBS Inkigayo” too.
‘Love Attack’ was released in 2024 from “Syndrome” mini album. however lot of people are listening to this song in 2026, and here is where the Youtube story comes in. one of the members “WONI” of the group had an personal Youtube channel of more than 1M followers.
so basically one member WONI caused a reverse run through her channel. this is very remarkable. “Geoje yaho!” (Hey Geoje), shouted by member WONI in a vlog on her personal YouTube channel, exploded into a short-form video meme across Korean social media, gaining a lot of popularity.
fyi ‘@helloiamwoninicetomeetyou’ is WONI Youtube channel name. the contents in the channel are very entertaining to watch. try it out.
I can say RESCENE has a bright future ahead of them. congrats to them on getting their first win and huge spotlight.
